10 Minute Rosemary Parmesan Crisps are so easy to make! Add them to soup, salads or enjoy them straight off the baking sheet!

There are a million reasons to make these 10 Minute Rosemary Parmesan Crisps!

First and foremost they’re seriously not as complicated to make as you think! They take 10 minutes! 10 measly minutes from grating to snacking! To start with make sure you finely grate the parmesan cheese by using the smallest option on your grater. Then just spread them out slightly, pop them in the oven and enjoy! That’s it! I bet you’re really surprised that these are so easy to make.

Now that you’ve made them, the question becomes what can you do with them other than just eat them? I am all about just easting them, but the Parmesan Crisps also taste delicious with tomato soup! They’re also gorgeous over a salad. After you bake them, break them up and sprinkle them over a salad.

Even my kids loved them. They each had 2 with dinner and asked for more!

Now, let’s talk about where I got this awesome wedge of Parmesan Cheese. As I’ve complained before, good quality cheese is really hard to come by in Shanghai at a decent price. Every now and then, you get a company like GroupMall who gets a great deal on cheese and passes the savings on to us.The cheese has a lovely parmesan sharpness to it that tastes great as Parmesan Crisps! I added rosemary and just a pinch of garlic powder, but you could also make these plain.

Parmesan, Rosemary and garlic. oh my! These are perfection! I have wanted to find the perfect combination of flavors and you have nailed it. These are so great for low carb snacking too so that is a huge help on a Saturday afternoon in front of the TV :)

I adore these! I usually make them shaped as a bowl, to serve pasta or salad, but I love the idea of an easy snack. The only problem is, I'm so obsessed with parmesan that I might eat the whole batch! ;-)

I LOVE parmesan crisps - they're so versatile! For use in soups or salads - or even as a cracker for those on a low carb diet!

LOL @ giving ideas on how to eat these crisps! I'm thinking, pick one up, put it in my mouth. Pick up another, put it in my mouth ... repeat until all crisps are gone or I'm sick to my tummy! LOL Love this recipe!

I love how easy these are and only take 10 minutes. I've got some parmesan cheese in the fridge so I think I want to try making these since they don't take long. I'd love eating these as a snack or with soup..Yum..

I've never thought about actually making these as a snack! Whenever I make grilled cheese, I always sprinkle a little extra shredded cheese in the pan until it gets crispy, and it's always the best part of the grilled cheese. Love the idea of making the cheese crisps separately as a snack!!

These are so much fun! I could eat these like potato chips and not be abel to stop. I have bought these in the store before to put on my salads but they are like $5 for a small bag that has maybe 12 in it. Definitely making these instead!

I've been wanting to make these for quite a while. There is an Italian dish that uses these crisps in a bowl form and then fills them. That is on my to do list.

Every time I see someone post a parmesan crisp, I want to make some, but never got around making it. The rosemary and the garlic would add such a wonderful flavor to the crisp and I am already looking forward to trying it out with some tomato soup.

Rosemary with parmesan is such a delicious combination. I need to make a batch of these to use with salads...actually, if I don't eat them all, I'll use the leftovers with salad! :)

I love Parmesan crisps. We used to serve them at the restaurant and they were a huge hit. I can't wait to make these at home. Yum!

I seem to have found this at the right time... I have a tiny bit of parmesan that's starting to grow mold... I wanted to salvage the rest in some way, and this is just perfect!

I love making Parmesan crisps and I find it difficult to not eat them all as they are made. Lovely recipe.

I used to make these all the time! I even made them on upside down mini muffin pans so they could be like Parmesan crisp cups which I would then fill with salad! Can imagine there not being too many cheese options in Shanghai -- currently traveling in Taiwan and not much cheese on the shelves here!

These parmesan crisps have been on my radar for quite some time now. I've seen them around before, even in restaurants as a tasty garnish, but never with rosemary. That just opens up a whole new world of flavour possibilities, doesn't it?
