Balsamic Strawberry Sauce was introduced to my life by none other than the Jack of All Trades, Molly. I think of myself as a pretty adventurous eater, so I had to try her sauce. My gosh it was so yummy! As I sat there eating my dessert, I found my taste buds rejoicing every time I had a bit of the strawberries soaked in balsamic. The big question now was what all else could I drizzle this yummy sauce on?
My house has become the food pantry centre for all of the families moving away. Since all of my neighbours know that I love to cook, they leave boxes of food at my doorstep as they lock the door behind their expat life in Shanghai. I hit the serious jackpot when Aparna left. Cheeses, Phyllo Doughs, Indian spices and mixes and a nearly full bottle of Kirkland Balsamic Vinegar!
That vinegar along with the my package of Goma Greens strawberries were about to be drizzled on one of the best dessert I’ve ever made…
You’ll have to stay tuned to tomorrow’s blog post to figure out what I did with this 15 Minute Balsamic Strawberry Sauce…
