Full of mango chunks and blueberries, this recipe for Mango-Orange Popsicles will definitely cool you down on those days when the mercury level keeps rising!
Can I tell you something? It’s soooooooo hot and humid in Shanghai! Hot, humid, sticky… A recipe for disaster! I’ve resorted to life by the pool with a large bottle of ice-y cold water and a delicious popsicle to cool down. What kind of popsicle you ask?
While the flavor combination of popsicles are endless, I totally love them with chunks of fruit. This recipe for Mango Blueberry Popsicles was a no brainer since I have a bottle of FSJuice Mango Orange Smoothie. I simply took my favorite yogurt combination, mangoes and blueberries, and combined them with a bottle of FS Juice Mango Orange Smoothie, a bit of shredded coconuts and yogurt. Popped them in the freezer and Voila! Thanks to the fresh fruit, the popsicles were perfectly sweet without having to add any sugar.
What’s your favorite fruit and yogurt combination? Strawberries and Bananas? Nectarines and Raspberries? Mmmm…. There are just so many yummy combinations… Time to order more bottles of FS Juice!
If you’re not in China and do not have access to the delicious juices from FS Juice, you could always use a different juice flavor.
